California's much-anticipated draft regulations for the medical cannabis industry were just released. And so begins a 45-day public comment period, where you can provide feedback on the proposed regulations in writing and via public hearings. If the changes are significant, a new 45-day public notice and comment period will be needed before the regulations can be adopted.
