Sonoma County Growers Alliance ran a lengthy insert in yesterday’s Sunday Press Democrat that I think everyone needs to read. If you didn’t see it, there’s a link below to the ad in PDF format, so that you can. I apologize for the photo-images of the piece, i know they’re not as clear, but at least you can zoom in. (The large format didn’t fit too well on my scanner!).
Please download it and take a look. Then share it with anyone that needs to see what’s happening with our community. Download the PD ad here from Google Drive.
*Call to Action: TOMORROW – Tuesday, April 10th!
The Sonoma County Board of Supervisors will soon be considering revisions to the ordinance. Opposition against legal cannabis in Sonoma County is a threat to our operators, specifically cultivation. These extreme demands being proposed by opponents would disenfranchise the industry, putting many operators out of business and hurt our local economy, losing nearly $6 million in potential tax revenue. We need our community to show support of regulated cannabis and make sure the Board of Supervisors do not move to make the ordinance more restrictive than it already is now.
NOW is the time to show up!
Tuesday, April 10th- Board of Supervisors Meeting @ 575 Administration Drive, Rm. 102A, Santa Rosa.
1:30pm (afternoon session)
*Spread the word!
