ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS…

JUST ADDED!

LAUREN-MENDELSOHNLauren Mendelsohn, Associate Attorney with Law Offices of Omar Figueroa.

Lauren just returned from LA, where she attended a meeting with the new Interdisciplinary Cannabis Research Institute. She joins the group as a Founding Member. Lauren will give a brief report on this important group. Also, since we all want more information on permitting, Lauren has agreed to give a brief review of the administrative rule-making process (think – “what happens after the public has submitted comments on the draft regs?”), and how this process differs from the Adult Use regs. She will answer the question on everyone’s minds: “How can these regulations be challenged?” Last, but not least… Lauren will give a report on the current application processes in Sonoma and Mendocino counties.
